Echire

The Echiré dairy was founded in 1891 by Mr du Dresnay on the banks of the Sèvre Niortaise River, dedicated to producing butter of the highest quality. Echiré butter has always been manufactured in teak barrel-type churns, giving it a unique texture and incredible flavour. It is used by gourmet restaurants and luxury hotels around the world, and is sold in high-end delicatessens in Paris, New York, Los Angeles and Tokyo.
