Fiora is a producer of Italian delicacies established in 1966. Francesco Fiora began his artisan smallgoods company in Fairfield, Victoria shortly after being recruited from Italy as a specialised smallgoods maker. He built a solid business and was subsequently joined by sons, Peter and John, who took it to the next level.
Fiora specialised in cacciattore salami, ham and bacon for major supermarkets. Known for their high-quality products, the brand joined South Food Group in 2008 and its reputation for premium Australian Ash Wood smoked products continues today. The iconic brand is well-known in Melbourne’s food service scene, with smoked hocks, bacon, specialty ham and roast turkey now being the flagship products.
