Herman’s Croquettes is a family owned business, manufacturing high quality foods in Sydney, Australia for the food service industry. Their products are developed by chefs and manufactured in-house using the finest ingredients and strictest HACCP program.

Their story goes back to the 1960’s when Dutch migrant, Herman Lightfoot, first started serving croquettes in his Sydney restaurant. In the 1970’s Herman visited Holland and came back with machinery to make his famous croquettes on a larger scale. Today, their range of gourmet croquettes and contemporary chicken products are loved by Executive Chefs and diners alike.
