Head Lavosh-makers Lorna and Jack proudly represent the second generation of Kurrajong Kitchen. Their mum and dad, Karen and Ben Lebsanft, started Kurrajong Kitchen way back in 1993. Today, Kurrajong Kitchen runs a semi-automated batch production plant in South Windsor; employs 55 locals across manufacturing, distribution and sales; and uses as many Australian products as possible.
