McClure's was founded in Brooklyn, NY, and Detroit, MI, in 2006. They use as much local produce as possible when it is in season, and when it's not, call up the farms and speak directly to the growers to know where their produce is coming from – this way, they can be sure they are getting some of the best, freshest produce available.
