Gathering Pinot Noir Case

This wine shows bright and aromatic red fruits on the nose, hints of violets and florals plus dried herbs. 15% whole bunch adds to the complexity. A palate of red cherries, pomegranate, rhubarb and earthiness. Subtle chalky tannins with fresh acid drive carry this bright and savoury style Pinot. Handpicked, made with minimal intervention and aged in older French oak.
