This sourdough bread is made of premium flours that are naturally gluten-free. The dough is fermented overnight then baked to give a golden crust, soft chew with aromatic flavours of currants, longans, and walnuts. Serve with warm soup, top it off with avocado or butter, or even eat it on its own.
This bread is made fresh on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. As with all artisan-made fresh breads, it needs to be eaten quickly, ideally within 2 days from being baked. It is suitable for freezing, so stick it in your freezer to make your loaf last longer.
