Cuttaway Creek Blackcurrant Wine Vinegar 250ml
Established in 2002, Cuttaway Creek is a thirty-acre property located at Mittagong in the Southern Highlands of NSW. The primary purpose of the farm is to grow premium-grade, fresh raspberries and blackberries for the restaurant trade. The cool climate of the Southern Highlands provides ideal conditions for growing berry fruit with intense flavour. No pesticides or residual herbicides are used. All of their weeding is done by hand. Only fully ripe berries are picked, to ensure the strongest natural flavour. In addition to growing berries, Cuttaway Creek also produces a range of multi award-winning jams, sauces and vinegar. Their products are using 100% Australian grown fruit and contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Made with ripe, premium grade blackcurrants. Primarily used as a dressing for salads. Also great with oysters, salmon and trout, deglazing pans, in marinades for lamb or duck and for poaching fruit and drizzling over fruit salad. Can be used as an alternative to balsamic vinegar or lemon juice.
