These delicious ravioli are made with real egg pasta filled with mozzarella cheese, ricotta and tomato with garlic, oregano, nutmeg and a little basil. Those traditional flavours of Italy come from Picchiotti, a family-owned pasta maker based in Tuscany. They use authentic bronze die extruding pasta makers create friction on the dough making it slightly rough, a perfect surface for the sauce or butter to cling. Their traditional texture is matched by traditional taste, and they just happen to be made to the Australian gluten free standard. Presented in clear trays packed in an attractive upright cardboard display box they are ready to stack in store. 250g Refrigerated product.

Cooking Instructions: 

Heat 200 ml of water and a knob of butter in a pan. Once the butter is melted, salt to taste and add the ravioli. Cook over high heat for 4 minutes, until all the water has evaporated. Season to taste and serve.
