Characteristics

Straw-colored, rich and fruity bouquet with slightly aromatic notes and hints of fruit, particularly of green apple. On the palate it is harmonious and soft with an aftertaste reminding almonds.

Exclusively made by Pinot Grigio grapes and vinified with the cold fermentation process in order to exalt its aromas. Straw yellow in color, floral and fruity aromas characteristic of the grape with pineapple and green apple hints. Harmonious and balanced wine. Excellent as an aperitif, with cold appetizers and fish dishes
