Ingredients:
- 1 Premium Grass-Fed Beef Chuck Eye Roast (1000g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup red wine
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F)
- Rub the chuck eye roast with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- In a hot skillet, sear the roast on all sides until browned.
- Place the seared roast in a roasting pan. Add beef broth and red wine to the pan.
