Beef Short Ribs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs Premium Grass-Fed Beef Short Ribs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 165°C (325°F).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe pot over medium-high heat. Season the short ribs with salt and pepper, then sear them on all sides until browned. Remove the ribs and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add the beef broth, red wine, and tomato paste to the pot. Stir well to combine and bring to a simmer.
  5. Return the short ribs to the pot and add the rosemary sprigs. Cover the pot with a lid or aluminum foil.
