Moredough Kitchens began with a range of full-flavoured cooking stocks made just as you would at home and they have now expanded to include range of premium ready-to-use sauces. Starting with natural ingredients we make great-tasting high-quality pantry staples the old-fashioned way. Made from the base of our wonderful stocks, with no artificial flavourings or additives, no added MSG, low in salt and gluten free. Ensure you always have a couple of packets on standby in the pantry as they are perfect for sprucing up everyday meals such as grilled steak, pan-fried lamb and roast chicken. They can also be used as a base for casseroles and braises, bringing one-pot cooking to a whole new level.
Veteran caterer Mandy Gray founded Moredough Kitchens in 2005. Her long history in the food industry began with holiday and weekend work in cafes as a teenager. In 1984, Mandy gained her Certificate in Catering from the then William Angliss College. After many years with leading Melbourne caterer Peter Rowland Catering, Mandy moved to London, receiving an Advanced Certificate in Catering from the internationally renowned Leiths School of Food and Wine in 1986.
Mandy started Moredough Kitchens with a range of full-flavoured cooking stocks, made just as you would at home. The Moredough Kitchens line has since expanded to include high-quality grissini and mayonnaise, which are distributed to independent food stores throughout Australia by Raw Materials.
