Ingredients:
- 1 cup Josun Hotel Napa Cabbage Kimchi, chopped
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare Ingredients: Chop the kimchi, dice the vegetables, and mince the garlic.
