New Zealand BioGro certified organic Raw Manuka Honey

Our beautiful artisan organic Mānuka is gathered from our organic hives in the remote Northern Coromandel, New Zealand. We extract our organic  Mānuka honey at hive temperature within hours of harvest to retain its natural enzymes and antibacterial properties.

Rich, raw & sweet to the taste with smooth to slightly grainy texture. Shades of amber with some natural streaking, frosting or crystallisation occurring. These are natural stages of Mānuka honey and vary with each batch & season.

This product was awarded Gold at the New Zealand Outstanding Food Producers Awards 2024 and was also named an Earth Category Finalist. Judges comments included “Earthy and sweet. Delicious aroma, texture and taste.”
