Arancini - Porcini & Black Truffle

Rich, delectable Porcini Arancini are an irresistable appetiser or finger food, but who has time to make them? Our gourmet version of these Sicilian Arancini are made with real Porcini Mushrooms, fragrant black truffles and an abundance of oozing Mozzarella cheese. They're rich... they're complex... and they are simply unforgettable!

All our Arancini are hand rolled and made with a traditional Risotto base using Italian Arborio rice, fresh locally sourced produce and snap frozen to maintain freshness, nutrients, flavour and crunch.

-Deep Fry - Deep Fry Arancini in 160°C canola oil from frozen for 6 minutes.

-Oven Bake - Preheat oven to 220°C fan forced. Place Arancini from Frozen ( do not thaw) on a baking tray and bake for approx. 12 minutes

Rest 2-3 minutes once out of oven before serving.
