- 1.1 kg Premium Beef - Grass Fed Brisket
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
