Sparkling Wine - Celebre Data Rose

The Célebre Data Rose sparkling wine is the most recent product representing this historic brand from Caves Primavera. With a Baga base and Touriga Nacional grapes, it has the two most “powerful” grapes from Bairrada and Portugal.

The Célebre Data presents a clean and shiny salmon color, with some shades of pink and raspberry. The aroma is very fresh and vibrant with notes of strawberries, raspberry and cherries. The palate is very well balanced, with some sweetness that is rounded by the mineral notes that come from the Baga grape. The aftertaste is smooth and engaging with the creamy mousse texture standing out.

This sparkling wine is produced with the traditional method, the champenoise method. It has a second fermentation in bottle, in our cellar, during at least 3 months (normally it stays in the cellar for more than one year, to enhance all the best qualities from the wine). The remuage and degorgment processes are carefully done by an experienced team, dedicated to this art.

The name Celebre Data can be translated as “To celebrate the day”. So, it’s no coincidence that this wine is a perfect match for all celebrations, for big dinner parties. It goes really well with grilled meats, summer and cheesy salads and some nice roasted fish
