Giuseppe Pennoni 500g
The Milo family produces pasta in the Apulian town of Bitonto, in southern Italy, since the nineteenth century. After two centuries, from generation to generation, Giuseppe Milo and his brothers continue this long journey begun by their great-grandfather Nicola Milo. Proud of the family tradition, to produce only high quality products from the Puglia region using recipes handed down from generation to generation.
Among the main products: the pasta extruded through bronze, extra virgin olive oil, croutons and sauces
Giuseppe's bronze-drawn pasta is 100% durum wheat semolina. They still use only traditional methods handed down from generation to generation.
The name derives from their shape that resembles a feather and goes well with all types of sauce. It is excellent to dress them with rich sauces and chunks like meat sauce. Penne rigate combines with sauces based on meat, vegetables, creams or simple sauces with oil. The shape is optimal for oven dishes. The feathers are striped so ideal for holding sauces. Cooking is 10 minutes in boiling water.
Product of Italy.
