Sugar Free Muffin Mix
Welcome to Allo, we have developed an easy to use, vegan friendly and sugar free muffin mix that is perfect for those who are diabetic or want a sugar free sweet treat.
How to Use:
You Will Need
30g melted butter, 30g Greek yogurt, 40ml vegetable oil, 100ml whole milk, 1 egg and 50g blueberries (optional)
Baking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C (non fan assisted). Line a 6-cup muffin pan with muffin liners. Set aside.
- Combine butter, yogurt, oil, milk then egg in a mixing bowl. Slowly add in muffin mix and whisk until just combined. Stir in mix-ins gently.
- Pour batter into muffin liners until 2/3 full and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until tops are slightly golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Wheat flour, maltitol, Alchemy Fibre (Resistant starch, Pea starch, Inulin), baking powder, baking soda, salt and vanilla flavour.
