Ingredients:
- 350g Buffalo Ricotta, Porcini & Truffle Ravioli
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Do not separate the pasta before placing in water, as it will separate during cooking. Empty contents into a large saucepan of boiling water and bring back to the boil. Simmer gently for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the pasta carefully from the water using a slotted spoon to drain off excess water and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add Cream: Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and gently toss to coat with the cream sauce. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
