This oven baked gluten free muesli combines antioxidant rich cranberries with the crunchy texture of macadamias, protein rich quinoa, Australian gluten free grains and brans. These are lightly toasted with Australian bush honey and just a touch of our premium macadamia oil. We then add nutritious sultanas and natural currants from Australia’s finest fruit growing regions.

Buckwheat, rice bran, honey, puffed rice, macadamia nuts (7%), macadamia oil, sunflower kernels, cranberries (5%) [cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil], quinoa (4%), pumpkin kernels, natural sultanas, currants, puffed buckwheat, amaranth, prune juice.

Inspired by a family dream to move to the country and a passion for healthy food, Pam and Martin Brook transformed a run-down dairy farm in Byron Bay into a working macadamia farm and regenerated an ancient sub-tropical rainforest. It was then that the Brooks saw an opportunity to value-add to Australia’s indigenous nut: the macadamia. After months of product development in the family kitchen, trying to find the perfect product to create from the humble macadamia (mayonnaise and tartare sauce included!), Brookfarm’s amazing Toasted and Natural Macadamia Mueslis were born.

Now, 20 years on, the Brookfarm range has expanded with products sold all around the world. But despite this growth, some things never change – they never compromise on quality, they always create real food using real ingredients, and they always make sure it tastes amazing! A generational family business, Brookfarm is now led by Pam and Martin’s eldest son Will – whose own children walk the macadamia orchard, just like he and his brother Eddie did 20 years ago.
