Bloody Shiraz Gin
Four pillars bloody shiraz gin is an incredibly unique gin, made by soaking yarra valley shiraz grapes in our signature rare dry gin for eight weeks. After eight weeks we press the fruit to release the purple liquid, and add more rare dry gin before bottling. The resultant gin has notes of pine forest, white pepper and spices. The gin is beautifully balanced with delicious sweetness and nice tannins to finish. Best consumed young and fresh.
