White Wine - AOC Bergerac - Sauvignon Blanc

Fourth generation wine makers, the Lajonie family hold the largest estate in the region at over 180 hectares. Aged on lees for four months, this wine is very aromatic, fresh and fruity. Dry but well rounded with a slight creaminess due to the lees ageing. Perfect as an aperitif or with shellfish, smoked or grilled fish.
