Sourced from Carbanup in the Northern area of Margaret River, tempranillo free run juice was transferred to stainless steel tank for fermentation followed with post ferment extended cold settling period before racking and canning in December 2021. No fining agents or filtration and mininal handling. We always onlu use minimal amounts of sulphur dioxide to keep the wine fresh.

The 2021 rose is made from 100% tempranillo fruit from the Carbunup region of Margaret River. Aromas of red cherries, dried thyme and rhubarb complimented by strawberries, aniseed and red currants.
