White Wine - Pinot Gris Grand Cru Bruderthal 13%
VISUEL ASPECT: Still wine, limpid and bright. It has a white gold and yellow gold colour.
OLFACTORY EXAMINATION: On the first nose, we have a rather powerful intensity. The flavors are primary, we find the white fruits such as peach, nectarine, with citruses such as lime. The second nose reveals a constant intensity. It is a very rich and original wine with a complex bouquet. We have a touch of vanilla, that refers to the buttered side, as well as wild rose flavors.
TASTE EXAMINATION: The attack is sweet. This wine is fruity, sweet, with a significant vivacity on the finish, which makes it pleasant, not so heavy, with a good freshness. The duration in the mouth is long. We can drink this wine with aperitif, foie gras, lobster bisque and desserts with fruits.
