The ingredients for our gluten-free gnocchi are:
82% steamed potatoes, gluten-free blend (corn starch, rice flour; thickener: guar gum; corn flour, thickener: xanthan gum; vegetable fiber), salt, sunflower oil.
Our gluten-free gnocchi are excellent pan-fried and are ready in just 3 minutes, with your favourite sauce. A healthy product made from carefully selected, top-quality ingredients with no additives or preservatives.
