Combined with our premium gluten free flour blend and high fibre seed mix, our dough is slowly fermented then baked to give a crunchy bite and light sour taste. This loaf is full of flavour and nutritious ingredients, perfect to enjoy everyday.

Serving Instruction: Best before date refers to the date it is best kept at room temperature. You can still enjoy your bread after this date by storing for 7 days in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer. Reheat in tooster or oven after storing in fridge or freezer.
