The climate varies from region to region enabling us to enjoy blueberries for most of the year. Their versatility means they are more than a fantastic kick-start to your day.
Blueberries are bursting with a flavonoid called anthocyanin, which is gives blueberries their characteristic blue colour. Flavonoids are plant compounds that often have a powerful antioxidant effect.
