  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat. Add 500g of Linley Valley Pork Mince, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until it's no longer pink.
  2. Add 1 finely chopped onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tablespoon of grated ginger to the skillet. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes (adjust according to heat preference), and a dash of fish sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes, letting the flavors meld together.
