Primal Pancake Mix is a healthy, gluten free mix free from processed sugars that will nourish the whole family.

We use as many Australian suppliers and ingredients as we can including:

  • South Australian Almonds
  • Australian Vanilla Suppliers
  • Australian Coconut Suppliers
Contains: Tree Nuts (Almond).

1 Packet Makes Approx. 8 pancakes

Things you Need:

  • 2 large free range eggs (1 large mashed banana + 1 tbs chia seeds for vegan version)
  • 150ml milk of your choice
  • 1 tbs coconut oil 

Method:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs (or vegan alternatives), milk and coconut oil until light and foamy.
  • Place dry pancake mix into a bowl then add the wet mixture and combine.
  • Preheat a large non stick frypan on a low heat then add a small amount of coconut oil.
  • Spoon mixture into the pan at desired size and leave for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook for a further minute then remove from pan.
  • Top with your favourite healthy toppings and serve.
