Italian Herb & Spice Mix

Spice & Co. Italian Herb & Spice Mix is "pure convenience" for packing Italian flavours into all your Mediterranean inspired dishes. Toss the spice mix through your favourite long noodle pasta e.g. linguini, spaghettini, fettuccini etc with toasted pine nuts and extra virgin olive oil or nut brown butter. Use the mix to season butterflied legs/ shoulders of lamb, butterflied chicken or whole fish before roasting/grilling or BBQ. Add the Italian herbs to meat preparations for rissoles and Italian style hamburgers. Combine the mixture with fresh breadcrumbs and coat chicken pieces, breast fillets or white fish fillets. Add to broth style soups, braised white beans or use when making classic garlic bread. Sprinkle on top of homemade pizza for a great taste.
