Orzo Perlato Barley

Founded in 1984 and named after the local town, family firm Colfiorito is a market leader in Italy for dry pulses, cereals and seeds – and far more besides. Their roots as a family company are in the earth; they are producers, with their own agricultural estate. It is in that very estate they also receive raw materials from all over the world, to be checked and selected according to their top-notch standards, with over 100,000 controls a year. From these roots, they have built a story of recognised competence and expertise within the products, allowing them to innovate in a meaningful way.
