Primal Almond Porridge Mix is great source of healthy fats, protein and it low carb to keep you satisfied and nourished.

Makes 1 serve (Packet makes 5 serves)

Things you Need:

  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 2/3 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup (50g) Almond Porridge Mix

Stovetop Method:

  • In a small saucepan, whisk together mashed banana and milk.
  • Place over a low-medium heat for 2 minutes or until warmed through.
  • Add ½ cup (50g) Almond Porridge Mix and stir until well combined.
  • Bring to the boil and stir for 4-5 minutes or until the mix has thickened to a porridge consistency.
  • Serve immediately as is or add your choice of toppings.


Microwave Method:

  • In a microwave safe bowl, whisk together mashed banana and milk then stir in 1/2 cup (50g) Almond Porridge Mix until well combined.
  • Microwave for 2 minutes then stir. Microwave for further 1 minute if mixture has not thickened. Leave to stand for 2 minutes to thicken further. 
  • Serve immediately as is or add your choice of toppings.


Serving Suggestion: Add a few drops of orange essential oil or mix through some poached apple or pears.
