Martimucci is a milling company that has led the Italian cereal sector for over half a century. It is located in the Apulian Murgian hills, where the land yields grain with special qualities. It was founded in 1953 by Giovanni Martimucci, and is now run by the three brothers Giuseppe, Salvatore and Michele.
