Sourced from Frankland River, free run juice was transferred to stainless steel tank for fermentation followed with post ferment extended cold settling period before racking and canning in December 2021. No fining agents or filtration and mininal handling. We always only use minimal amounts of sulphur dioxide to keep the wine fresh.
