Everyday Oat Milk
At Otis, they wake up every morning feeling pretty blessed to live where they do, tucked away down here in the South Pacific. They love their clean green countryside, meandering rivers and their peaceful seas. They also kinda dig their rich arable farmland that is their food bowl. However of late, they’ve noticed it’s changed a lot with dairy taking over larger and larger areas of beautiful rolling pastureland. They think there’s something wrong with that picture, something out of balance, so they decided to do something about it.
They aren’t trying to reinvent the wheel—nothing new to see here. Oat milks have been made for centuries around the world as nutritious dairy alternatives, however none have been made in little old New Zealand. So here they are.
Grown from seeds in rich kiwi soil, a little sprinkle of rain and some gnarly rays and voila! This humble plant grows up big and strong into a nutrient dense superfood. Ka pai!
