Tofu Stir-Fry
- 350g Hi-Protein Firm Tofu
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Slice the tofu into 1cm thick pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add tofu slices and cook for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add garlic, bell pepper, and onion to the pan and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
- Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir well.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve hot with rice or noodles.
