Fetta Cheese Squares
Handmade the traditional way, Tasmania's Westhaven Goat Fetta, or feta, has a firm, slightly crumbly consistency with a somewhat salty texture. The crumbly aged cheese is popular as a table cheese or salad topping, and can be used to make the phyllo-based Greek dishes spanakopita (spinach pie) and tyropita (cheese pie). It can also be served cooked or grilled as part of a sandwich, omelette, or antipasti platter.
Tasmania’s Westhaven is an award-winning dairy manufacturer that has been operating for over 25 years. Located in the Tamar Valley in northern Tasmania, they produce a range of cow’s and goat’s milk yoghurt and cheese.
At Tasmania’s Westhaven, their aim is to produce products that are as close to nature as possible with no added colours, flavours or emulsifiers. The ingredients in their products, such as the fruit in their yoghurt, is sourced from local farmers.
