Ingredients:

  • 200g Red Leicester cheese, grated
  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions:
