Joselito Shoulder Ham comes from the foreleg of adult pigs, including the whole musculoskeletal part, and which is subjected to the corresponding salting, curing, ageing, boning, and slicing process.

Joselito Shoulder Ham is known for its great juiciness, delicate texture, and harmonious combination of the best meat with golden and pinkish fat marbling, from pigs raised exclusively in extensive farming and fed in a 100% natural way. Each precisely cut slice has an immense, aromatic flavour that melts on contact with the mouth due to its outstanding meatiness and refinement.

Our Sliced Joselito Shoulder Ham makes it possible to savour the product quickly and easily. Particularly recommended if you have no experience in cutting the product. Vacuum packaging ensures perfect conservation of the product, maintaining its characteristic aroma and flavour.

Curing: More than 24 months of natural curing.
