Sauce - Traditional Mint

Just like your Grandma would have made, we chop fresh mint and add cider vinegar and lemon to give it a zing. A classic companion for roast lamb and spuds.

Grown in open fields, our mint is washed and chopped within three hours of its harvest, meaning it’s flavoursome, fresh and marvellously minty.
