Ingredients:
- 300g Turmeric Cous Cous with Cauliflower & Cranberry
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Place the 300g of Turmeric Cous Cous with Cauliflower & Cranberry in a large bowl.
- Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil and the juice of half a lemon over the couscous mixture.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, and mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Finely chop fresh parsley and sprinkle over the top of the salad.

With over 40 years of experience, they have come a long way from their local chicken shop and are always looking for ways to improve and stay ahead of the industry curve.
Salad Servers was born out of a local chicken shop called The Game Gourmet, owned by their founders (and still owners), the Swift family. Some of The Game Gourmet's key customers also had retail outlets of their own, and loved their salads in the shop so much that they asked us to produce salads for them in bulk. So, they did! The rest is history. They realised creating and producing salads for their customers is what they love and do best, and they've never looked back.
