Honey Glazed Chicken

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup Raw Organic Honey
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

• Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
• Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
• Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
• Bake the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in a baking dish. Discard the remaining marinade. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
• Glaze the Chicken: During the last 5 minutes of baking, brush the chicken with additional honey for a glossy finish.
