  • 1 cup of Bannister Downs milk (you can use dairy milk or a dairy-free alternative like almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt (Greek yogurt or a dairy-free yogurt works too)
  • 1/2 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 scoop of Bulletproof Collagen Peptides 
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • A handful of fresh berries for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients. Wash the fresh berries if you're using them for garnish.
