- 550g Pork Belly
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Season the pork belly with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Drizzle with olive oil.
- In a hot pan, sear the pork belly on both sides until golden brown.
