  • 400g Pork Tenderloin Fillet
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Lemon, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork on all sides until browned.
  4. Transfer the pork to a baking dish, add lemon slices on top, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
  5. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
