Lamb Burger Patty Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lamb Burger Patty (170g)
  • 1 Burger Bun
  • 1 slice of Cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • Onion slices
  • Condiments (Ketchup, Mustard, Mayonnaise)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the lamb burger patty on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 71°C ( 160°F).
  3. While the patty is grilling, lightly toast the burger bun on the grill for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. In the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheese on the patty and allow it to melt.
  5. Place the grilled patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of the toasted bun. Add lettuce, tomato slices, and onion slices.
  6. Spread your favorite condiments on the top half of the bun and place it on top of the assembled burger. Serve immediately.
