Lamb Burger Patty Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Lamb Burger Patty (170g)
- 1 Burger Bun
- 1 slice of Cheese
- Lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Onion slices
- Condiments (Ketchup, Mustard, Mayonnaise)
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the lamb burger patty on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 71°C ( 160°F).
- While the patty is grilling, lightly toast the burger bun on the grill for about 1-2 minutes.
- In the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheese on the patty and allow it to melt.
- Place the grilled patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of the toasted bun. Add lettuce, tomato slices, and onion slices.
- Spread your favorite condiments on the top half of the bun and place it on top of the assembled burger. Serve immediately.
