Ingredients:
- 200g Montagnard Cheese, sliced
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Prepare Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
