Okra Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 200g Organic Okra
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the Okra: Wash and dry the okra, then cut into small pieces.
- Heat the Oil: In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the cumin seeds.
